For general contractors

Construction progress mapping for Tampa Bay and Orlando job sites

We fly your site on the cadence you choose and put a measurable 1 cm/px orthomosaic in a portal within 48 hours of each flight. Owners, PMs, supers and subs open the same map, so the weekly meeting starts from what is actually on the ground.

  • FAA Part 107 pilots
  • 48-hour standard turnaround
  • Travel included within 40 miles of Riverview

Built for

  • Project managers
  • Superintendents

From $1,150 per site per month on a Progress Plan. A one-off site scan starts at $895.

What you get

A measurable map after every flight

A 1 cm/px orthomosaic of the whole site with a digital surface model alongside it. Measure lengths and areas from the trailer instead of walking the site.

Your drawings on this week's imagery

Lay a site plan over the latest flight and see where the work sits against the design, without opening a GIS package.

One timeline the whole project can open

Every flight stays in the portal with a flight switcher and date filter. Progress Plans include unlimited portal users for the life of the project.

Questions

Before you ask

How much does construction drone progress mapping cost in Tampa?

A Progress Plan starts at $1,150 per site per month for one mapping flight a month; the biweekly and weekly cadences are on the pricing page. A one-off site scan starts at $895 for up to 20 acres.

How fast do we get the map after a flight?

Standard turnaround is 48 hours from flight to portal. A rush 24-hour turnaround is available as an add-on in the quote.

Who on the project can see the flights?

Progress Plans include unlimited portal users, so the owner, your team and every sub you invite open the same site.

Do you fly sites in Orlando?

Yes. We are based in Riverview, and travel within 40 miles is included, which covers most of Tampa Bay. Sites farther out, including the Orlando area, carry a mobilization fee that is waived on Progress Plans.

Is there a long contract?

Progress Plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days' written notice.
