Before you ask
How much does Home Build Progress cost?
$395 per milestone visit, or $1,995 for the six-visit package: site clear, foundation, framing, dry-in, pre-drywall and final.
Does this replace my builder's or the county's checks?
No. Home Build Progress is progress documentation: a record of what was built and when. It makes no judgment on whether the work was built right or to code; that stays with your builder and your building department.
Can my builder and family see it too?
Yes. Invite your builder, family or anyone else you choose to the project in the portal.
Where do you work?
We are based in Riverview and include travel within 40 miles, which covers most of Tampa Bay. Homes farther out are quoted with a mobilization fee.
When is the pre-drywall visit?
Right before the drywall goes up. We coordinate the date with your builder so the 360° walk captures the house while the walls are still open, and you keep that record after they close.
