How the limits work. A week runs Monday to Sunday, Florida time, and only a new flight counts — adding photos to a flight you’ve started, or processing it again, never does. People are everyone who can open the project: your own team and the guests you invite. Processing runs in one queue scheduled around flights we fly ourselves, so a portal flight is normally in your portal the next business day rather than under the 48-hour turnaround we hold ourselves to.

At a limit? The portal tells you before you upload, and the next flight opens when the week turns over. Nothing is charged automatically — move up a plan and the limit lifts at once.

Portal-only plans are billed monthly by invoice, with a 3-month minimum and 30 days’ notice to cancel. Founding Client pricing applies to flown plans only. There’s no self-serve signup — we set your company and projects up, then invite your team. The phone app comes with the flown Progress Plan, not with a portal plan.
